We want you to love your order. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds work.
30-day returns
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange — no questions asked.
- The item must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with all tags attached.
- We cover return shipping within the US.
How to start a return
Email vanterasoc.official@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll send you the return instructions and a prepaid label.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we approve your refund. Refunds are issued to your original payment method (the card used at checkout) within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will replace it or refund you in full, including any shipping.
